International Scientific Leaders’ Forum
Introduction:
Academia Sinica is organizing the “International Scientific Leaders’ Forum” on November 12, 2018 as part of our program of events marking Academia Sinica’s 90th Anniversary. The International Scientific Leaders’ Forum provides a platform for the exchange of ideas on common issues facing the scientific community and the world. 22 leaders of prestigious science academies and institutes from around the world will be invited to present their views. They will discuss on how the roles their academies play in their nations, how their academies function and how their funds are raised. They will also discuss the challenges their academies face and how they work to navigate such issues in order to fulfill their mission.
